Sunday dinner - what are you making???
Yes you can use turkery!!!
I used a little over a lb of 92% lean ground beef (more is ok)
1 pack of beefy onion soup mix
maybe a cup of frozen spinach eyeball it I may have used more
salt just a little
pepper /or red onion flakes
garlic powder
mix everything up
I make them very thin
Today I used hot pepper cheese for the top but ff or reduced fat Cheddar works good to
These also make really good meatballs add some beef broth a little chicken and pasta shredded carrots my version of wedding soup...

130LBS GONE!!!
Hey Lady!!!
My eating is good. The only thing I have had a problem with is chicken. Not the first time I ate it. I ate way to fast and it got stuck. It did not feel better till I
Learned my lesson... Other than that it's been OK..I have had all the sf pudding/jello flaky fishes..No mash potatoes...chili just about everything on the list. I can eat 2 maybe three ounces just depends what I'm eating. I 've noticed in the am I do not want allot to eat so I keep it simple. I do not do protein shakes at this point. i do however mix it into puddings.
Everyone loves nectar (sp) so I will have to check that out. You just have to experiment!! And talk to your NUT (nutritionist) about how you are feeling

Not even thinking about dinner; preparing some crablegs for my watching-the-game meal.

Let me see I think I'll cook some turnip greens with turkey for my hubby and some baked fish for me. I think I'll also do some small salads and fruits for us too! Those salmon croquettes sound good though!
Well do raw carrots and celery for the game though!

Never cooked on weekends unless we were having guests at the house. Even when the kids were home we ate out on weekends as hubby and I both worked and shared the cooking during the week. He's the better cook. When kids got grown and left nothing changed.
With I will succeed.
